well i have seen it too ….. the first hint ……. we have been warned . so any lucky guess ? thrusters ? man makers ? i was happy at the beggining since it is only 10 days that we have done some dumbell wods for the greek throwdown but then …… bang ……. DUMBELL SQUAT SNATCHES . and when it cames to squat and snatch combo it is again a pain in the ash . welcome to the open session everyone .

so some tips about that movement

  1. hold the barbell close to your body and stay close to your middleline
  2. remember to keep your legs active and use your hands to guide the motion and not the other way arround
  3. do the strug with your shoulders it is 25/16 kg heavy weight and you can not afford to do all that with your hand
  4. in order to recieve the weight in an overhead position correctly do pull yourself aggressively down
